Frequently asked questions

How do I unlock the new decks?

Use chips in Decks: Dragon costs 1,500 chips, Enchanted grove 2,000, Alien galaxy 2,500, Robot 3,000, Sports arena 3,500 and Racing 4,000. No additional objectives are required. Unlocks are permanent and decks you already own stay yours.

How do I unlock game modes?

On iPhone and iPad: complete the tutorial to unlock Solitaire, Daily Challenge and Free Practice. With the tutorial completed, finish 10 games to unlock 1 vs 1, 20 for Endless Climb, 30 for Lost & Found and 40 for Crazy Time. Finished games add up across every mode, even with zero points; the tutorial and individual rounds do not count. Free Practice counts when you end the session, and Endless Climb when the whole run ends. Tap a locked card to see its requirement and your progress.

Battle does not count games: it opens with the tutorial completed and at least 100 chips, which you earn by playing online.

How does Lost & Found work?

Three rounds, with the same levels, aids and bonuses as Solitaire. After a valid hand, only the cards forming the combination crumble and are randomly replaced. Extra cards selected alongside pairs or three of a kind stay in place.

How does Crazy Time work?

One round, 20 seconds to start and no aids. Each new hand adds time based on its difficulty. The board shuffles every 8 seconds. At random intervals of 3 to 7 seconds a card is replaced and a card freezes: it stays visible but cannot be selected until the next shuffle. Each bonus is consumed after use and Super Max appears just once. The game ends when time runs out.

When do ads appear?

When enabled and available, ads appear before new games, never during a round. Solitaire, Lost & Found and Crazy Time have separate counters: ads before games 2, 4, 6…; 1 vs 1 follows the same frequency. Endless Climb: games 2, 5, 8…; Daily Challenge: before the day’s attempt. Resuming does not show another ad. Tutorial and Free Practice have no ads. Ads never grant gameplay advantages.

How do I unlock levels?

You start with a 28-card deck. Reach 50,000 points in a single completed game at your current level to unlock the next one, up to 52 cards in the deck. Solitaire, Free Practice, 1 vs 1, Endless Climb, Lost & Found and Crazy Time count; points from different games are not added together. The Daily Challenge keeps the same grid for everyone.

Can I replay the Daily Challenge?

No: you get one attempt per day, with the same grid for everyone. Your attempt is used when you start the game. A new game day starts at midnight UTC.

How does Endless Climb work?

Each stage lasts 30 seconds. The first target is 500 points and increases by 250 per stage. When you reach it, a 5-second break comes before the next board. You have three types of power-up: a hint, extra time and double points for your next hand. You have five lives in total across the climb: after the first four failures, retry the current stage; after the fifth, start again from stage 1.

How do I play?

Connect five adjacent cards, diagonals included, to form a poker hand. Find each hand’s value under Scores. You can enable tap selection in Settings.

Why did I lose 100 points?

A complete path of five cards without even a pair scores −100 points. Repeated hands follow the duplicate-hand rule shown in the app.

My result isn’t on the leaderboard.

Check your connection and the selected mode and level. For solo games, check that leaderboards are enabled in Settings. A pending result may be submitted when your connection returns, within the session’s limits. Free Practice and games against the CPU do not enter their respective leaderboards.

How do I change my name?

Open Profile → Change name. You need a connection and an available name of 6 to 24 characters, using letters, numbers or underscores. You can change your name up to three times.

How do I delete my account and progress?

Open Settings → Privacy and data → Delete all progress with an active connection, then confirm. Deletion removes your progress and the online data described in the Privacy Policy. The app then creates a new, empty identity. Uninstalling alone does not delete your account on the server.

Can I recover my progress on a new device?

Register from Profile → Account and confirm your email. Sign in with the same email on the new device to recover your account and synced progress. Use Forgot password if needed. Unregistered guests and changes not yet synced cannot be recovered this way. Contact support before deleting the app to troubleshoot a problem.

How do I turn off sounds and notifications?

In Settings, you can turn off music and sound effects separately. The 8:30 p.m. reminder and the online Daily Challenge notification have separate switches. You can also manage permissions in iOS Settings.

How does Battle work?

Find your first five valid hands within 30 seconds on the same grid as your opponent, without bonuses. You can retrace your drag: after five cards, review the hand and choose Confirm or Cancel. Confirmed hands stay in a fixed order. Then allocate 100 chips in 30 seconds: start with 20 per hand, minimum 10, maximum 30 and transfers in steps of 5. Each hand faces the one in the same position. Ranks and kickers decide the winner; a tie splits the pot. Missing hands lose; if both are missing, each player gets their bet back. Results show the net outcome. You can try Battle first: six drills that don’t touch your chips. To play a Battle match you need the main tutorial completed and at least 100 chips. In a game against another person, the 100 chips are put at stake: you spread them across five hands and, at the end, you receive the pots you won, so you can win up to 100 chips or lose up to 100. If the game is cancelled before it starts, the 100 chips are returned to you. Against the virtual opponent your chips are not touched, but you still need 100 to open the mode. Chips are earned by playing online.

When do ads appear in Battle?

Only before matchmaking and before committing the 100 chips, when due and available. No interruptions during the grid, betting, showdown or results. Battle tutorial is always ad-free.

Can I play without a connection?

Yes, but not everything works. Without a connection you can use the tutorial, Free Practice and local games; against the CPU you can also play Battle, if you have already unlocked it. Without a connection, however, you do not earn chips (they come only online, from ranked games confirmed by the server, the first game of the day and missions), your games do not enter the leaderboards and the Daily Challenge does not start. If you start a game online and finish it without a connection, reopen the app with a connection within 24 hours of the start of the game: the result is sent and verified. 1 vs 1, friends, name changes and accounts also need a connection.
