The rules for using Strike Poker, the game that combines poker hands with paths between cards.

1. Provider and scope

Strike Poker is provided by iRoma S.r.l., Via Pietro Rosa, 48b, 00122 Roma (RM), Italia, VAT no. 10954111000. Contact: info@iroma.net. These terms govern the game service and website; the licence for the app downloaded from the Store is also governed by the Apple Standard EULA, where applicable.

2. An entertainment game

Strike Poker is a game of skill and entertainment. It involves no wagers, deposits, withdrawals or cash prizes. Points, chips, ratings and virtual items have no monetary value, cannot be transferred and cannot be exchanged for money. The version described by these terms does not include in-app purchases or subscriptions.

3. Account and player name

The service assigns an anonymous identity and a random nickname. You can change your nickname in Profile: it must be unique, 6 to 24 characters long and made up of letters, numbers or underscores. Uniqueness is case-insensitive. Do not use names that are offensive or misleading, impersonate others or infringe anyone’s rights.

If you are a minor, use the service in accordance with applicable rules and with permission from a parent or guardian when required. Do not share personal information in your nickname.

You may optionally register from Profile using an email address and password. Registration preserves your guest identity, nickname, friends and chips. Confirm your email through the Firebase link and keep your password private. The player name is still managed from Profile. Logging into an existing account loads that account; guest progress is not automatically merged. Registration does not grant chips or enable purchases.

4. Games, leaderboards and virtual opponents

Rules and scoring are available in the app. A Classic game has three rounds; the Daily Challenge has one. The seven levels change the available cards. Five cards without a valid hand incur the penalty shown in the game.

In Multiplayer, both players face the same grids with shared timing. If matchmaking cannot find an opponent, the app lets you play against a virtual opponent, clearly identified as such. Games against the CPU are excluded from multiplayer leaderboards.

Online results are verified by the server. Invalid scores, duplicate requests, expired sessions or connection errors may prevent them from being recorded. Immediate availability of opponents is not guaranteed. Timers and the consequences of leaving a game depend on the mode and are explained in the app.

5. Fair play

Do not use bots, automation, modified clients, request manipulation or other means to falsify results, bypass limits, alter matchmaking or compromise the service. Do not attempt unauthorised access or exploit vulnerabilities to harm other users.

In the event of abuse or irregular results, we may exclude the affected scores or restrict access to online features as necessary. Contact support for clarification or to dispute a decision.

6. Progress and availability

Guest progress is stored locally. Registered accounts can recover synced level progress, records, avatar achievements, selected preferences and a limited recent game history by signing in with the same email. Chips and owned items are recovered from the server. In-progress games and local mission state do not move between devices. An internet connection is required for saving and restoring online data; offline changes are uploaded at the next successful sync. Losing an unregistered guest identity can prevent recovery.

Notifications are optional, and delivery also depends on Apple, your device and the network. The local reminder and challenge notifications are separate options.

7. Intellectual property

The software, name, graphics and other content are protected by the applicable rights of iRoma S.r.l. and their respective owners. You may use the app for personal gameplay. Uses and exceptions permitted by law remain allowed; no licence is granted to resell the service or distribute unauthorised copies.

8. Privacy and deletion

Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. You can delete your progress and request deletion of online data in the app’s Settings. Deletion is irreversible; the app then creates a new identity with no progress so you can start again.

9. Liability and consumer rights

We work to keep the service running and resolve reported problems. We do not guarantee uninterrupted games or any particular result. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or mandatory consumer guarantees and rights.

10. Changes and contact

We may update the service and these terms for technical, organisational or regulatory reasons. Substantial changes will be communicated with an appropriate notice before they take effect, where required. Changes do not affect rights already acquired.

Italian law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights under the law applicable in your country. For consumers, the rules on jurisdiction at their place of residence or domicile remain applicable. For support and complaints, email info@iroma.net.
