This notice covers browsing the Strike Poker website, including its Italian and English pages, and support contacts initiated from the website.
For accounts, games, chips, friends, notifications, Crashlytics and AdMob advertising in the app, see the App Privacy Policy. Visiting the website does not create a game account.
1. Controller and contact details
The data controller is iRoma S.r.l., based at Via Pietro Rosa, 48b, 00122 Roma (RM), Italia, VAT no. 10954111000. For privacy questions or to exercise your rights, email info@iroma.net. Certified email address (PEC): iroma@pec.it.
2. Browsing data and support
The website is hosted on Firebase Hosting. When you open a page, the provider receives your IP address and technical request information, such as the requested address and information sent by your browser. These data allow it to deliver pages, protect the service and detect abuse. We do not use them to build advertising profiles of visitors.
If you contact us through an email link, we receive your address, message content and any attachments. We use them to reply and handle your request. The website does not contain a registration form or collect passwords. Send only the information needed and do not include passwords or access codes.
Invitation links may contain a code in the URL, and therefore in the request to the website. The page reads it to display it and open the app; it copies it to your clipboard only when you press the corresponding button. Joining the game and managing the invitation take place in the app and are described in its privacy notice.
3. Cookies, advertising and website tools
The website does not set cookies or use persistent browser storage for profiling, statistics or preferences. It does not integrate Google Analytics, advertising pixels, AdMob or Firebase Crashlytics. The advertising and diagnostic features described in the App Privacy Policy are not run by the website’s pages.
Images, videos and fonts are served directly by the website, without embedded content from external platforms. Language switching, image carousels and avatar browsing work locally, without sending usage events to analytics services. Using Firebase Hosting alone does not imply use of the app’s other Firebase SDKs.
4. Purposes and legal bases
Page delivery and website security rely on our legitimate interest in making information about the game available and protecting it (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Necessary technical data are transmitted automatically during browsing.
We process support messages to provide the requested service or respond to pre-contractual requests (Article 6(1)(b)), and on the basis of our legitimate interest in replying to other communications (Article 6(1)(f)). Mandatory obligations rely on the law (Article 6(1)(c)). Contacting us is optional; without contact details and relevant information, we may be unable to respond.
5. Recipients, providers and transfers
Data may be processed by authorised staff, Google Firebase/Google Cloud for hosting and email providers for the messages you send us, as necessary to provide the service. They may be disclosed to authorities where required by law. We do not sell visitors’ data.
Hosting may deliver content through international infrastructure. Transfers outside the European Economic Area are subject to applicable safeguards, including adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses. 6. Retention
Firebase states that it retains IP addresses collected by Hosting for a few months for security and service usage analysis. The website does not create a separate archive of visitors’ browsing profiles.
We retain correspondence for as long as necessary to handle the request and any related disputes or obligations. The period depends on the nature of the request; you may request deletion where applicable.
7. Your rights
Where provided by the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction and portability of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Email info@iroma.net. You may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority or the competent authority in your country. We do not make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on visitors.

8. External links
The website may link to the App Store or other external pages. These services open only when you follow a link and apply their own privacy notices. Opening an email link launches your chosen email application.
9. Updates
We will update this notice if the website’s features or processing change. The date above identifies the current version; substantial changes will be accompanied by an appropriate notice on the website.
